29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The Employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about July 26, 2022 at a residential construction jobsite located at 7406 Grover St. Omaha, Nebraska. Employees were standing on the roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet subjected to fall hazards and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
