29 CFR 1926.416(b)(2): Working spaces, walkways, and similar locations were not kept clear of cords which created a hazard to employees: a) Building 102, Chamberlain Hall, second floor: On or about 07/27/2022, the working spaces was not kept clear of cords in that multiple100ft extension cords were daisy chained that ran across sharp metal frames, and into walkway to supply power to fans thus exposed subcontractor employees to a possible electrical shock or trip hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
