29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  a)  3164 Lee Road 391, Opelika, AL 36804; On or about July 25th, 2022, and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to stand and work from elevated working surfaces measuring 10.75 feet and 16.5 feet in height above the next lower surface without any fall protection.
