Employees are walking/working and driving forklifts between multiple pallets racks daily. Employees are exposed to struck by and/or crush hazard.  b) Pallet racks failed to display in one or more conspicuous locations a plaque to permanently and prominently display the permissible loading of the rack. Employees were exposed to struck by and/or crush hazard.  c) The employer could not furnish load application and rack configuration drawings with each rack installation.  d) Damaged pallet rack uprights supports were not taken out of service, repaired or replaced before material was stored in them. employees were exposed to struck by and/or crush hazard.
