29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a)  Deerfield Homeowners Association - White Circle and Deer Run Lane, Ossining, New York 10562 - Pool Chemical Tank Area, On or about 7/13/22, an employee was pumping a corrosive chemical (e.g., sodium hypochlorite) from a tanker truck and the employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes within the work area for immediate emergency use.  b) Deerfield Homeowners Association - White Circle and Deer Run Lane, Ossining, New York 10562 - Pool Chemical Tank Area,    On or about 8/4/22,  an employee pumping a corrosive chemical (e.g., sodium hypochlorite) from a tanker truck into a 55-gallon drum received chemical burns to his eyes and his back when the chemical sprayed into his eyes and his back.    The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes within the work area for immediate emergency use.
