29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a) On or about August 9, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 18 feet while working without fall protection from pitched roof surfaces.  Rocha Construction Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479428, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 3411 Birch Lane, Naperville, Illinois.   No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:            a) On or about August 9, 2022, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from elevations up to approximately 18 feet when required to climb portable ladders while carrying materials to a roof deck landing surface.    Rocha Construction Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053 (b)(22) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479428, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 3411 Birch Lane, Naperville, Illinois.   No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
