29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person.  (a) 7211 Tutt Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80923. On or about August 4, 2022, the employer Express Drywall, did not conduct inspections of their jobsites to ensure its subcontracted employees were properly tied off during the duration of their work which included conducting drywall operations on the ceiling of the balcony located at building 9 on the third story, resulting in a fall from heights more than 6 feet. The employee suffered head injuries, internal injuries and multiple bruised organ injuries and was admitted to ICU.
