29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift a. 43 - 49 Fairview Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey Employees worked from a Genie aerial lift at an elevated height of approximately 8 feet without wearing fall protection and being attached to the aerial lift basket. The employees were working from the aerial basket, using drilling machines to remove old concrete from a residential building under construction. Violation observed on 08/02/2022
