29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Lower parking lot: Employees (2) were working in a Genie Z-80/60 aerial lift at a height of approximately 84 feet and were not wearing a body belt with lanyard attached, on or about August 26, 2022.    b) Upper parking lot: Employees (2) were working in a JLG 660SJ aerial lift at a height of approximately 56 feet and were not wearing a body belt with lanyard attached, on or about August 26, 2022.
