29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about August 26, 2022, employees were engaged in servicing or maintenance activities such as but not limited to clearing wooden boards from the profiler of the Sharp Chain machine (Model: 3916-001) without utilizing energy control procedures. Anthony Timberland was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 20 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which as contained in OSHA inspection number 1460284, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order date on June 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 111 S. Plum St., Bearden, Arkansas 71720. Anthony Timberlands, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1154741, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/21/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 160 Cabe Avenue, Malvern, Arkansas.
