29 CFR 1926.501(c)(1): When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not have each employee wear a hard hat and did not erect toe-boards, screens, canopy structures or barricades to prevent objects from falling from higher levels:  a)	Aviation Operations Center Building: On or about 08/31/2022, toe boards were not provided around the ladder access on the roof to prevent a possible struck-by hazard.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  a)	Aviation Operations Center Building, Fifth Floor: On or about 08/31/2022, the employer failed to keep the work area clear from debris in that a pile of wood once used as toe boards and contained nails was stored in the work area.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
