29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) New residential construction located on Lot #3 at 7338 Lula Road, Lula, GA 30554, Upper Roof: On or about 08/30/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 18-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in plywood sheathing installation on a 3/12 pitched roof.
