29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or  a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  1479 New Brittan Ave (Corbins Corner shopping plaza)., West Hartford, CT: On or about August 25, 2022, two employees were working from aerial lifts without being attached to the boom or basket at this location.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
