29 CFR  1910.213(r)(3): The point of operation on combination or universal woodworking machines was not guarded as required for such a tool in a separate machine:  a) Main Building Woodshop - On or about January 5, 2023, the employer did not ensure that guards or methods of guarding were adequate to protect employees from point of operation hazards and moving parts on equipment, such as the CAMaster Cobra CNC Router. The perimeter guard doors were not secured or interlocked to prevent employees from accessing the work area during normal production.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
