29 CFR  1910.253(b)(2)(ii):Inside of buildings, cylinders were not stored in a well-protected, well-ventilated, dry location, at least 20 feet (6.1 m) from highly combustible materials such as oil or excelsior:  At Reyco Granning Suspensions, LLC located at 105 Industrial Park Drive, Mt. Vernon MO, employees were exposed to fire hazards when combustible materials were kept on top of the cylinder storage rack and a barrel top that had a pool of an oily liquid on it was located within 20 feet of the storage area. This was documented on or about 9/7/2022.

29 CFR  1910.253(b)(4)(iii):Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least:  At Reyco Granning Suspensions, LLC located at 105 Industrial Park Drive, Mt. Vernon MO, employees were exposed to fire hazards in the cylinder storage area near the debris compactor when oxygen cylinders were not properly stored or separated and were within 20 feet to fuel-gas cylinders. This was documented on or about 9/7/2022.
