29 CFR  1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  On or about 09/15/2022, in the production area of an establishment located at 8545 NW 79th Avenue in Medley, Florida, employees who perform electrical work were exposed to electrocution and burn hazards due to the employer not conducting periodic inspections of the energy control procedures to ensure the required procedures are followed by the affected and authorized employees.
