29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(2): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated over 50 kv, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact would not come closer to any unguarded, energized overhead line than 10 feet (305 cm) plus 4 inches (10 cm) for every 10 kV over 50 kV: (a) At the site, on or about 9/16/2022, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards, in that, an unqualified person was working in an elevated position approximately 20 ft off of the ground within 10 ft of overhead lines with a voltage over 50 kv.
