29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:  a) At the jobsite located at 1250 S Division Ave, Boise, ID, on 09-27-2022, the fall arrest system used by employees as they work and walk on the top-plate of the building under construction, 12 feet high, was rigged so it would not protect the employees from a swing fall, exposing them to a fall of more than 6 ft and contact with the lower level.
