29 CFR  1910.1200(b)(3)(ii):Employers shall maintain any safety data sheets that are received with incoming shipments of hazardous chemicals, and ensure that they are readily accessible during each workshift to laboratory employees when they are in their work areas;  a. On or about October 4, 2022, located at 4130 Lyman Dr, Hilliard, Ohio, the employer did not ensure that a safety data sheet for the cleaning chemical, SAFE STRIP, was readily available for employees using the chemical.
