29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about October 10, 2022 employees who did not participate in an adequate fall prevention training program were working on a roof exposed to the following instances: a) Employees were installing a new roof over one that contained unguarded fiberglass roofing panels; b) Employees were working at the unguarded edge of the roof; c) Employees were not protected from fall hazards by using personal fall arrest or fall prevention equipment.
