Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  The employer was failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on or about  October 19, 2022 at 12505 Harrison Tull Drive, Bellevue, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) were not exposed to fall hazards during framing operations of a residential type roof while exposed at heights of 10'5" and steel structures at heights of  16'6".
