Building 0632: On and/or before October 18, 2022 hoses used for lawn maintenance were in the walkway in front of an electrical panel and was not maintained in a safe condition. This conditional potentially exposed employee(s) to tripping hazards in the event emergency shut down of a circuit was required.

Driving Range Canopy: On and/or before October 18, 2022 a 12 foot A-frame ladder was used to install temporary lighting. The A-frame ladder used did not have any manufacture data listed for safety requirements nor load limits for employees to identify during inspection and use of the ladder. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to ladder overloading, mechanical failure and/or fall hazard(s).
