29 CFR  1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.   (a)  1710 Rosemont Circle - On or about September 26, 2022, the employer failed to notify the local OSHA office concerning an employee injury that resulted in a hospitalization within 24 hours.  The accident was reported to OSHA on October 24, 2022.
