29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  (a) Kitchen area; Back door: On or about October 26, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that a trash can, discarded boxes and a rolling bread tray obstructed the exit path to the back door when employees were performing meal preparations.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  (a) Kitchen area; North wall: On or about October 26, 2022, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that a fire extinguisher (Sentry ABC Dry Chemical Serial number 06958260) was located under a sink and to the left of a cabinet where it was not easily seen or readily accessible in the event of emergency.
