29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift.  On or about October 27, 2022, employees elevated by man-lifts without fall arrest system installing framing material on the commercial building exterior walls were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13-feet.  a) Employee working from the Mac Boom man-lift without fall protection exposed to fall hazards, b) Employee working from the Skyjack man-lift without fall protection exposed to fall hazards.
