29 CFR  1910.134(d)(1)(iii):The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:  Location: 30 Dane Street, Somerville, MA  On or about 10/27/22,  the employer did not conduct an adequate initial evaluation of respiratory hazards including, but not limited to, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, heavy hydrocarbon compounds, and other air contaminants for the battery teardown process.
