1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B)  Each affected employee shall be instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. 29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:   Bakery Department- Line 2 Proofer- One Kronos Drive Glendale Heights, IL 60139:  On or about October 27, 2022 and October 28, 2022 the plexiglass inspection panel on the Line 2 Proofer was not designed to prevent an employee from contacting the chain and sprocket when opening the panel. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
