29 CFR 1917.43(b)(9):The employer did not direct drivers of powered industrial trucks to travel with the load trailing when the load obstructed the forward view: (a) At the Port of Tampa, Berth 208 dockside, on or about 11/16/2022, the employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, in that drivers of forklifts traveled forward with the load obstructing the forward view, not with the load trailing.
