29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by the unused portion of the bandsaw blade.  On or about November 22, 2022, employees operating the vertical band saw were exposed to amputation hazards and the employer did not insure that the unused portion of the blade was appropriately guarded.
