(a) Welding area of jobsite at 950 Douglas Road, Batavia, IL 60510  - On or about November 14, 2022, the employer did not ensure that Lincoln Electric SuperArc L-56 and Unibraze Carbon & Low Alloy Steel Wire hazardous materials used in welding were included in the hazardous chemical inventory made available to affected employees thereby exposing them to illnesses associated with iron oxide fume inhalation, such as nose and lung irritation and exposure to illnesses associated with manganese inhalation, such as neurological damage and neurobehavioral disorder.  Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
