29 CFR  1917.5(b):The employer did not train each affected employee in a manner required by a standard, therefore each failure to provide training to an employee was considered a separate violation.  a) Jobsite:  at South Cargo Pier of 9025 N Atlantic Ave., Port Canaveral, FL, while hoisting bags of cement weighing 3307 pounds each, employees were not properly trained to use proper hand signals, exposing employees to struck by and crushing hazards, on or about November 14, 2022
