29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   (a) Residential construction located at 3834 Dollar Circle Suwanee, GA 30024, Top Plate: On or about 11/ 23/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic framing nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools at 120 PSI. The gauge at the air compressor read 120 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.  (a) Residential construction located at 3834 Dollar Circle Suwanee, GA 30024, Second level top plate: On or about 11/23/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees installing roof trusses.   (b) Residential construction located at 3834 Dollar Circle Suwanee, GA 30024, First level top plate: On or about 11/23/2022, and at times prior. the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): One stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge.  a) Residential construction located at 3834 Dollar Circle, Suwanee, GA 30024. Stairway: On or about 11/ 23/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 4-feet to the lower concrete surface, in that a stair rail was not installed along the open sides of the stairway used by employees to access the second level.
