Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: a) On or about November 28, 2022, at the jobsite, a sufficient safe clearance was not kept in aisles between the stacks of clothing when forklifts were used to move bundles of clothing, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. b) On or about November 28, 2022, at the jobsite, where aisles were not appropriately marked, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
