29 CFR  1910.176(a):  Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked:  a) On or about November 28, 2022, at the jobsite, a sufficient safe clearance was not kept in aisles between the stacks of clothing when forklifts were used to move bundles of clothing, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.  b)  On or about November 28, 2022, at the jobsite, where aisles were not appropriately marked, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
