29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) On or about 11/30/22 Employees were exposed to fire hazards when working in establishment in which there was a fire extinguisher located at the corner of the wall near the electrical panel heading toward the rear emergency exit, that was inaccessible due to a cabinet being placed in front of the extinguisher.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(vi)(B): A three foot minimum clearance was not maintained for headroom of working spaces about service equipment, switchboards, panel boards, or motor control centers.   a.) On or about 11/03/2022 employees exposed to electric shock hazards in that there were five electrical panels in an alcove that were inaccessible because the alcove was being used for storage of bread racks, one electrical panel towards the rear exit was blocked by a storage cabinet.
