29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  a) On or about November 30, 2022, items such as but not limited to carts, merchandise, and trash were located on the floor at the storeroom entrance.   The Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550619, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022, which respect to a workplace located at 2381 Dawes Road, Store 6556, Mobile, Alabama 36695.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:   a) On or about November, 30, 2022, at the northern end of the storeroom, items in storage such as, but not limited to rolltainers obstructed the view of employees working in the storeroom and the path of travel to the nearest exit was not apparent.
