Dollar General Corporation dba Dollar General Store #17358, 881 Peters Mountain Rd, Dauphin, PA  17018, northeast corner of the sales floor area:  On or about December 1, 2022, items including, but not limited to, trashcans and brooms, were located within the exit route of the emergency exit door.  Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1592340, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 24, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 5960 Lillian Road Burleson, TX 76028.  Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565322, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 30, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 10757 U.S. 11 Adams, NY 13605.
