On or about December 2, 2022, an employee from Winland Foods, Inc. was exposed to amputation hazards. He did not utilize a procedure for the control of potentially hazardous energy while clearing a jam on an Olocco Rotary Valve, Model RS230, S/N 16VRT102681.
