29 CFR  1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:   a) West Interstate 65 Service Rd. S.: On December 5, 2022 and prior to; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without proper wear of fall protection exposing them to falls over 17 feet to the ground below.
