29 CFR  1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary when a hazard of process or environment capable of causing injury or impairment of the body through physical contact was encountered:  a) Mold Shop - On or about December 6, 2022, the employer exposed employees to burns and heat hazards in that the employer failed to ensure that appropriate personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to heat resistant clothing, gloves and sleeves were required and provided to employees working with the containers of high temperature molds.

Hooks shall meet the manufacturer's recommendations and shall not be overloaded.   a) Mold Shop - On or about December 6, 2022, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that crane hook safety latches were not damaged when employees were operating overhead cranes for moving the mold containers throughout the shop.
