29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4):Signs were posted along the exit access but did not indicate the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent and the line-of-sight to an exit was not clearly visible:  (a) 200 Belle Meade Road, East Setauket, NY, 11733  Basement level Production Area of the facility  on or about 12/21/22   signs were not posted indicating direction of travel to the nearest exits for employee who worked in the basement.   Note:  In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
