29 CFR  1904.29(b)(1):What do I need to do to complete the OSHA 300 Log? You must enter information about your business at the top of the OSHA 300 Log, enter a one or two line description for each recordable injury or illness, and summarize this information on the OSHA 300-A at the end of the year.  For the calendar year 2022 OSHA 300 log, the employer had not included all the information in column F as required for the following entries:  a.) Case no. 22-7 did not adequately describe the injury, part of body affected, and object/substance that directly injured the employee.  b.) Case no. 22-8 did not adequately describe the injury, part of body affected, and object/substance that directly injured the employee.  c.) Case no. 22-9 did not adequately describe the injury, part of body affected, and object/substance that directly injured the employee.  d) Case no. 22-10 did not adequately describe the injury, part of body affected, and object/substance that directly injured the employee.
