29 CFR 1915.157(a): The employer did not ensure that employees used appropriate hand protection or protective clothing when exposed to hazards such as skin absorption of harmful substances, severe cuts, lacerations, abrasions, punctures, chemical burns, thermal burns, harmful temperature extremes, and sharp objects. a) In the future fuel tank of Project #184: On or about January 05, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to burn hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the employees were using appropriate protective clothing while welding.
