29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):  The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition   On or about January 12, 2023, and at times prior thereto, in kitchen line 3, the employer did not ensure that walking and working surfaces were regularly inspected, allowing a flexible cord to be on the wet floor in the walk area, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
