29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and that trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) Job site, 7207 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about January 12, 2023, during framing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided proper fall protection training.  Deficiencies noted during inspection included, but were not limited to, an employee not utilizing 100% tie-off to reposition his anchor point and employees were exposed to swing hazards which could result in a free fall of greater than 6 feet.
