29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  a) Jobsite located at 1148 Frankford Ave. Philadelphia PA 19125: The employer did not ensure employees conducting roofing construction activities on the roof of a residential apartment building, approximately 50 feet above the ground level, were protected from falling by the use of a fall protection system.   Condition noted on or about January 11, 2023.  LoCosta Construction LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1464461, citation number 01001, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/10/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1300 Route 17N, RAMSEY, NJ 07446.
