(b) On or about January 13 2023, at the jobsite located at 643 Washington St, Oconomowoc WI, an employee was performing roofing work on a single story residential garage with a pitch of 4:12 with a fall height of 7.2 feet without any fall protection in place, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
