OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by or crushing hazard when operating front-end loaders with unrepaired defects:   a. 110 Evergreen Avenue, Newark, NJ  Employees operated Caterpillar 972H front-end loaders without working seat belts, reverse and brake lights, and operable horns. The equipment was being utilized for the movement of recycling waste in the yard, exposing the operators and yard employees to struck-by hazards and caught in-between hazards.    Violation was observed on January 13, 2023
