29 CFR  1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head:  a) New residential construction located at 3025 Bart Johnson Road( Lot #141) within the Enclave at Oak Ridge Subdivision, Buford, GA 30519, Roofing area: On or about 01/13/2023, and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to injuries, in that proper fall protection systems were not provided to employees engaged in shingle installation activities.
