29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program would enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and would train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Construction site: On or about January 10, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a two-story residential property roof were provided fall protection training to acquire the understanding or skill for safe work practice. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below.
