29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed.  Site: 685 Union Street Brooklyn, NY  On or about 1/20/23  a) Employees working from the platform of the sidewalk shed, used an A-frame ladder which was kept closed and leaned against the building facade.  The employees used the A-frame ladder to replace bricks and to power wash the lower floors of the  4 story building facade.
